Why should I login?
Login to Hanna in order to:
- renew and reserve loans
- save favourites and searches
- administer your user account
- set search alerts
- access the licensed databases (only for customers with Hankens user-id's)
New library users should do the following in order to activate your user account in Hanna:
- connect the library card (if Haka login)
Students and staff at Hanken should log in using their Hanken user-id. External customer's log in with their Library card and pin code. You create your own pin code when you pick up your library card for the first time.
Connect library card
Connect your library card to activate your loans, reservations and other profile information in Hanna if you logged in with your Hanken user-id. Log in and klick on Connect library card.
Change pin code
When picking up your library card you create your pin code for the card. The code should have 4-12 digits. You can change the code in the My profile tab.
If you have forgotten your pin code for your library card you can either ask for one in the service desk of the library or use Forgot your password? function in the Login window.
Go to the My fines tab. Click Online payment and follow the instructions.
Your fines and fees including a bank service fee (0.35 euro) are showed.
Possible fines that cannot be processed (accrued fines) are fines connected to overdue books that are still on loan. These fines can be payed when the book is returned and checked out from your account.
Loss of borrowing rights is in effect when your fees exceeds 10 euros.

You can send feedback on Finna (e.g., concerning the user interface and technical issues) using the general feedback form. Your feedback will be sent to the National Library of Finland, where it will be forwarded to the responsible individual.
